Price List and Opening Times
We are open 50 weeks per year from 8 am until 6 pm.
We will close one week at Christmas, one week at Easter and all bank holidays.
Payment
Invoices are issued at the beginning of the month, any deposit or Nursery Education Grant (if eligible) will be already deducted, we ask that payments are made within that month.
We accept most Childcare Vouchers through employers, paid directly into our bank, or the actual voucher for us to redeem. If you wish to pay by Childcare Voucher we can give you our carer ID number and bank details. Unfortunately, we are unable to set up direct debits.

† Your child will be provided with a breakfast or tea during these sessions.
* Nursery Education Grant (NEG) payable to all three and four year olds, the term after their third birthday. This is paid for 3 hours per day, five days per week, 38 weeks per year - a total of 15 hours per week. This may also be used over a minimum of three days.
For example, if your child attends for two and a half days per week - you can use your full 15 hour entitlement over those days.
Any additional days/weeks (for example, the school holidays) will be charged at full cost.
All fees must be paid one month in advance.
One month's notice is required, in writing, if you no longer require or wish to make changes to your place at Ducklings.
If your child is absent, fees will still be charged, as it is the place you pay for and not the attendance.
